Production workers (personal care products), in Netherlands

Our partner, Royal Sanders, is a leading European manufacturer and supplier of personal care products, including fragrances, shampoos, deodorants, and lotions. They are currently looking for skilled production workers with technical skills who are extremely motivated to work in a production line and eventually become full-time production line technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for putting bottles and caps in machines, monitoring, checking, and regularly inspecting the production process.

If you excel in your performance, you will be tested to continue as a full-time Line Operator or even upgrade to Machinery Technician!

Main Responsibilities

• Placing bottles with caps on the machine;
• Moving crimped packages from a production line to a pallet;
• Handling of automatic and semi-automatic production lines and machinery;
• Preventing the recurrence of failures, by supporting the production line with regular inspection and control of production processes;
• Dealing with standards, requirements, and regulations of quality and safety,
• Working with pneumatic machinery;
• Other all-around warehouse tasks.

The starting salary for this position is €13.68 gross per hour for workers aged 21 and older. This is a full-time job position. For overtime work and work from 00:00 until 06:30, you will be paid an allowance of 125%, as well as 150% for working on weekends. Work is organised in three shifts throughout the day. Great motivation using technical tools and a proactive approach are welcome for the production line to achieve higher productivity. People must be flexible to work weekends and night shifts.

Requirements

• CV in English, detailing stable working experience, is needed to apply for this job;
• Similar production experience is needed;
• Technical insights and time-management skills;
• Motivation, Team spirit, fast-paced independent personality & attention to detail;
• Availability to work irregular hours, night shifts, or weekends;
• Flexibility for repetitive tasks and standing in a vertical position during the entire work journey;
• Compliance with Safety regulations;
• Jewellery, visible and tongue piercings, fake or polished nails, fake eyelashes & striking perfume or make-up are forbidden;
• Availability for long-term stay in the Netherlands.
