Order picker with experience (cold environment 20 °C), in Netherlands

Our client, Sligro, is looking for order pickers for their fresh department!

In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Using an electric collection truck and a finger scanner to drive through the distribution center;
• Collecting products; 
• Receiving the collection orders;
• Ensuring that orders are correctly picked and ready on time;
• Working in a small team in deep freeze.

The starting salary is €13,81 gross per hour for people who are 21 or older.

The company will arrange the work training, and you will have a colleague who will guide you at the beginning. 

At the workplace, the company has well-equipped canteens where you can buy lunch at a great price. You will also have free coffee, tea, soda beverages, and fresh fruits every day.

The company will provide you with free working clothes.

This is a long-term and full-time job opportunity.

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• Minimum 6 months of previous experience working in logistics;
• Ready to work in the freezer at -20 °C;
• Physically strong and healthy;
• Able to follow safety rules (no visible piercings);
• Ready to work in a team and individually;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Available to stay longer in the Netherlands.

Allowances:

Mon-Fri 4:00-6:00 and 19:00-22:00= 125%

Mon-Fri 22:00-4:00 = 150%

Sat 00:00-12:00 =150%

Sat after 12:00 =200%

Sun and bank holidays = 200%
