They manage regional deliveries from their Delivery Service locations, leveraging a sophisticated logistics network, automated ordering systems, and various resources. Branch directors or CDC managers lead the delivery service locations and central distribution centres, supported by a skilled staff team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-image stk-block-image stk-block stk-5d6e0b9\" data-block-id=\"5d6e0b9\"><figure><a class=\"stk-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sligro.nl\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"stk-img-wrapper stk-image--shape-stretch\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"stk-img wp-image-918\" src=\"https:\/\/hellart.work\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/logo-1-1.svg\" width=\"150\" height=\"300\"\/><\/span><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lead with Sligro!<\/strong>&nbsp;Join their dynamic team and drive excellence in food service logistics by ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leadership and Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organise, plan, supervise, and control work execution to ensure team efficiency and meet objectives in customer satisfaction and cost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coach, motivate, and guide employees to optimise their performance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and control the quality of work using provided management information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address reported complaints with other team leaders and employees to prevent recurrence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track employee attendance by recording sick and recovered employees in the absenteeism file and conducting performance reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Productivity Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve productivity standards by balancing available hours and expected turnover;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly staffing plans and adjust them with the Production Manager as needed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create optimal conditions to maintain high productivity and quality, including staff deployment, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and ensuring adherence to instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Directly supervise employees to meet and exceed productivity standards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately record worked hours to ensure proper payroll processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Order, Cleanliness, and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise personal hygiene, appropriate attire, and the use of safety gear, such as clean clothing and safety shoes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the department;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure correct and careful use of resources to minimise damage through direct supervision and control;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authorised to refuse deliveries in case of violations of Critical Control Points (CCP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Night Shift Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make decisions in escalations during the absence of the Production Manager or Control Manager, based on established policies and safety regulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the designated team leader with the \u201cshift leader\u201d role, responsible for overseeing the night process and managing escalations or unforeseen circumstances decisively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The starting salary for this position depends on your experience, ranging from a minimum of \u20ac2,748.00 to a maximum of \u20ac3,718.00 per month. An additional allowance of \u20ac150 gross per month is provided for night shift work.
