Our client is looking for employees for a company that is producing seats and upholstery for premium brand cars (Audi).
They are currently looking for production workers to join their team in Heilbronn, Germany!
Main Responsibilities
- Assembly Line Tasks: Follow instructions provided by a trainer to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor Use: Utilise a monitor to identify the specific assembly location, required screws, and tools for each task.
- Material Installation: Cover or seat the material on the seat frame.
- Wiring Installation: Install wiring and electrical components into the seat according to guidelines.
- Standing Work: Perform tasks while standing on specially prepared mats to ensure comfort and safety.
- Material Cutting: Work in pairs to lift a 60kg roll of material onto a table and cut it according to specific orders using the appropriate form – use the cutting tool (image in link: https://www.imghippo.com/i/cfkgj1724661950.png )
- Metal Supports Installation: Place metal supports in designated areas of each seat part; this task is more suitable for male workers due to physical demands.
- Tool Handling: Use a cutting tool to cut seat fragments from a material roll; an image of the tool will be provided in the vacancy description.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production processes and meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Other related tasks.
What the Company offers
- The starting salary for this position is €13.50 gross per hour – a salary from €1100 net monthly after deductions.
- From October 1st the salary grows to € 14.00 gross per hour – from € 1150 net monthly after deductions.
- Contract guarantees 151 hours but on average people work 173 hours monthly.
- This is a long-term and full-time job position, with the possibility of working overtime and sometimes on Saturdays due to high demand.
- There is a canteen with a sandwich vending machine and microwave to heat up your own food.
- You will work in two shifts, from Monday to Friday. Night shifts may be available from October.
- The client plans production breaks. There will be a two-week production break during the Christmas holidays (from Dec 23rd 2024), and a 3-week summer break in August 2025.
Requirements

- Able to work a lot during the day;
- Physically fit;
- Only available to male employees as it can be heavy work, seats weigh up to 60kg;
- Minimum height of 175cm to be able to perform the work;
- Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
- Availability to stay longer in Germany.
