It offers everything you would find in a traditional store, from food products to baby accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>They are currently looking for warehouse employees to join their team in Hamm, Germany!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picking orders using a handheld scanner and a manual trolley;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placing collected products according to customer orders in special baskets arranged on the trolley;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality control;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stocking shelves;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining general order in the warehouse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labelling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Folding cartons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other related tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What the Company offers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The starting salary for this position is \u20ac13.50 gross per hour &#8211; a salary from \u20ac1100 net monthly after deductions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From October 1st the salary grows to \u20ac 14.00 gross per hour &#8211; from \u20ac 1150 net monthly after deductions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contract guarantees 151 hours but on average people work 173 hours monthly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will also have access to a canteen where you can have 3 free meals a day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Allowances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25% for night work from 23:00 until 6:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50% for Sunday work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100% for working on holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday is a regular working day, so there are no allowances. You will work a single shift system (sometimes the second shift will be introduced, due to high demand in the warehouse), from Monday to Saturday.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work is divided into three different departments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dry Goods Department:<\/strong>\u00a0Products that can be stored at room temperature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chilled Department:<\/strong>\u00a0Products requiring refrigeration; the temperature is 3 degrees Celsius\u00a0(employees receive jackets and gloves from the employer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frozen Department (FR Truhen)<\/strong>: Products requiring freezing (-18 degrees Celsius).
