Our client is looking for high-rise forklift operators to join their team in Leipzig, Germany!
The company is a third-party logistics provider located in Leipzig. They encompass around 5,200 employees across 45 locations in Germany, Europe, the Arabian Peninsula, and the United States. The company offers a wide range of comprehensive services tailored to various sectors, including automotive, transportation, manufacturing, and trade logistics.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate side loaders to load and unload materials;
- Use handheld scanners to deliver parts to order pickers;
- Assemble orders based on provided documentation;
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams;
- Assist with additional tasks, including:
- Operating the Tugger Train (50% of the work involves being on foot);
- Using long forklift trucks for loading and unloading trucks.
The starting salary for this position is €16.00 gross per hour, including a 100% holiday allowance. The shift schedule offers flexibility with the following options: first shift from 06:00 to 14:00 (Monday to Saturday), second shift from 14:00 to 22:00 (with an additional day off during the week), and third shift from 22:00 to 06:00 (starting Sunday and ending Thursday, with the possibility of working Friday). The best days to arrive are Monday or Tuesday, with medical exams coming up on Wednesday and work starting on Thursday.
This is a long-term, full-time job offer with the opportunity to grow.

- Night Shift Bonus: 25% for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00
- Sunday Bonus: 50%
- Holiday Pay: 100%
- Guaranteed Hours: 151.67 hours per month
Requirements
- CV in English is required for this position;
- A valid German forklift operator certification or EU-recognized qualification is required;
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a forklift operator;
- Motivated and willing to learn;
- Ready to work independently and in a team;
- Physically fit;
- Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
- Available to stay longer in Germany.
