Our client, Oss Company, is looking for orderpicker workers to join their team in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands!

The company, located in Nieuwegein, has a history dating back to 1751, making it one of the oldest suppliers to the steel industry. It offers a unique combination of an extensive stock of construction steel and expertise as one of the largest cutting specialists in the Netherlands. Its central location allows for efficient delivery across large parts of the country.

You will be working in a large, open warehouse equipped with cranes and pipes. The environment is spacious and can be quite cold, particularly during colder months.

Main Responsibilities

• Collecting orders and placing them on a truck or a pallet;
• Moving items using a floor-operated crane (no certification required);
• Following all safety rules and regulations;
• Other warehouse-related tasks.

Requirements

• CV in English;
• A valid driving license is mandatory;
• Willingness to work overtime with a strong “Safety First” mindset;
• Flexible, smart, and able to work independently;
• High motivation and a strong willingness to work;
• Willingness to live and work with people from diverse nationalities;
• Seeking a long-term job commitment.

The hourly wage is €14.30 gross, plus an 8.33% holiday allowance, bringing it to €15.49 per hour, with an additional shift allowance of 112.5%.
