Production worker, in Netherlands

Our partner Fust is a dynamically operating company dealing with the distribution of vegetables and fruits. The company is looking for people to support the ongoing production! 

The company is looking for motivated production workers to join its team! 

Your daily tasks will include routine and repetitive work at a steady pace. The job involves performing the same tasks throughout the day, making it ideal for those who value stability and predictability in their daily responsibilities.: 

• sorting and controlling incoming empty boxes;
• Ensure to reach a daily target that has to be met by the whole team;
• report to the shift supervisor any product defects;
• following safety and hygiene regulations;
• other requested tasks, if necessary.

The company is looking for stable, long-term employees.  Work is organized in different shifts depending on the department.

€13,68/h basic wage + € 1,14/h holiday allowance = € 14,82/h

The coordinator will contact all new starters one day before introduction day by email or phone! 

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;
• Physically fit, to follow instructions, do simple math, and can stay focused;
• Flexibility with working schedules;
• Ready to work and live together with multiple nationalities; 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 
• Flexibility to learn and do multitasking;
• Availability to stay in the Netherlands long-term.

Allowances:

€ 13,68/h basic wage + € 1,14/h holiday allowance = € 14,82/h Mo-Fr. 23:00-6:00 =40% Mo-Fr. 19:00- 23:00= 25% Saturday 00:00-6:00=40% Saturday 15:00-23:00= 25% Sunday 100% 100% of basic wage added for work on Bank Holidays 40% over time
